hey i just have a quick question
you might know the answer to this
do you know how and when minimal techno started?
i think its a very interesting genre id like to know who came up with the idea.
Im gonna quote you something from Rober Browning:
Yet do much less, so much less, Someone says,
(I know his name, no matter)–so much less!
Well, less is more, Lucrezia: I am judged.
Men and Women (1855)
Then wikipeadia says the mnml in art started in new york in the 60’s.
In music, apparently John Cage was the precursor of minimal music (not minimal techno huh !! that will come years later).
oh and btw dunno why it didnt post my other msg, take a look at this vid:

Really cool piece. Dreamy and hypnotizing, so its a bit of the idea of minimal techno. It has big spaces of silence, its not messy and its not loaded with alot of notes/elements.
Dunno why it makes me remember the tune “I lost my wallet” from Martin Buttrich, which is one of my favs atm
SUBBBAAA DUBBA GAILOOO** =)
